Description: Native Trails is a series of free festivals focusing on Native American music and dance taking place most Thursdays and Saturdays through April 6. These noon events feature dancers in traditional dress, Native American arts, crafts and food on the Civic Center Mall, 7380 E. Second St. Performers present their history, pottery, textiles and more to introduce attendees to the diverse lifestyles of Native American tribes. Native Trails is scheduled March 21, 23, 28 and 30. Each performance ends in an audience-participation round dance that draws in the crowd and completes the educational journey.
