On 04/24/12 SPD was called to a home in the 7800 block of E. Bellview to a burglary. The homeowner stated that two teenage boys were in front of his house. They tried the front door handle which was locked and then hopped his fence into his backyard. When one of the boys opened the back door to the residence the homeowner was standing inside which caused the boys to flee the scene. One suspect was arrested near 7900 E. McDowell while the other was located at Hayden and McDowell.
Both suspects are being investigated for possibly committing other burglaries in the area.
Both jeveniles were booked for one count of Burglary.
