On 01/13/12 after learning that a male subject may be involved in locker burglaries from various fitness facilities, SPD detectives followed him to a fitness facility in Tempe. Detectives observed his actions and believed that he had committed a burglary from a locker at that location. The subject entered his vehicle and a short time later a traffic stop was made and evidence of the locker burglary was found in the subject’s white Jeep Cherokee.
A search warrant was obtained for the vehicle and the subject’s Scottsdale residence where evidence was found linking him to multiple locker burglaries throughout the valley. The subject was booked on counts of Burglary, Theft, Drug Charges, and a Weapons Charge. |
