On 03/03/12 at 9:15 pm an SPD officer made a traffic stop on a black 2012 Chevy Tahoe which had been traveling north on Hayden just south of Indian School Road. When the officer approached the driver and spoke to him it was learned that he had been drinking. Field tests along with a portable breath test were conducted. The driver registered a .174 on the PBT and was booked on an Extreme DUI count.
