UPDATE:
The victim, working as an escort, arrived at the suspect's residence where she was attacked with a knife and stabbed multiple times. The knife was recovered at the scene. The suspect is being booked on a count of Murder and a count of Kidnap.

Workers at a the listed apartment complex found the female victim with grave injuries on the sidewalk near apartment #1057. Officers arrived to find the female not breathing, laying approximately 20 feet from the front door of unit #1057 with chest wounds. There was an obvious blood trail from the victim to the apartment. SFD attempted lifesaving measures on the victim and transported her to SHC. She was pronounced dead at 11AM from laceration wounds to her chest.
Officers made entry into the apartment and found a 25 yr old male inside the apartment. They also found blood evidence that the female was injured inside the apartment. The male was taken into custody as an investigative lead. No weapon has been found as of this writing.
The investigation is continuing and the identity of the victim has not yet been confirmed. The relationship between the victim and lead in this case has not yet been established.
