Water and sewer operations has staff available to respond to water and sewer system emergencies twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year.

Please Note:

The City of Scottsdale Policy to perform water service re-connects to delinquent accounts has changed. Beginning July 1st, 2009, water service re-connections will only occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. For water service re-connections, please call
