Revisions to the Release Application Process (February 2012)

- Applies to all dedications including release of easement applications.
- The legal description and exhibit for the new dedication will be submitted with the application.
The Dedication form (signed by the owner) and the Confirmation form (signed by any beneficiaries) will not be submitted with the application. - Staff will notify the applicant that the legal description and exhibit have been accepted.
- Staff will provide the applicant the appropriate Dedication form and Confirmation form to be signed and notarized with the accepted legal description and exhibit.
- The applicant will submit these signed forms with the accepted legal description and exhibit to the “One Stop Shop” for final review.
All forms must conform to Maricopa County Recorder's criteria for acceptance
. This includes maintaining a half inch clear margin around all sides (no signatures or notary seals can encroach) and no faxes or copies. Original signatures must be submitted.
