Historic Preservation Ordinance
The Historic Preservation Ordinance was added to the city’s zoning ordinance as Section 6.100. (HP) History Property. The ordinance establishes the framework for local historic preservation efforts by defining the role of the Historic Preservation Commission; setting criteria for eligibility for listing on the Scottsdale Historic Register; recognizing significant resources; and defining policies.
