Foreclosure Resources

Foreclosure does not happen overnight. Whether you have missed your house payments or are afraid you will in the future there may be resources available to assist you.

The State of Arizona is actively working to address the complex issues of the foreclosure problem. The City of Scottsdale has compiled a courtesy list of resources that may assist you with a current or potential future foreclosure situation or assist you in the home buying process.

Resource links include information on how to find a HUD approved housing counselor, when and how to contact a lender, mortgage assistance and re-financing programs available and other valuable money saving tips.
