Pure Sushi Bar & Dining Opened a New Location


Scottsdale, AZ, 12/09/2008 - After enjoying a wildly successful first two years of business, Pure Sushi has expanded into the heart of Scottsdale.

On November 15th, Pure South made traditional yet unique sushi and Asian cuisine available to Old Town Scottsdale's dining enthusiasts. 

Home of an inspired menu full of the freshest, most authentic sushi you will find in the Valley, the "Pure experience" is spreading quickly. Owner Lee Hyun's artistic creativity is expressed in the beautiful presentation of each dish as well as the flavor ensemble available in each signature plate.   

The Pure experience does not end with the amazing food. Pure South's atmosphere accepts responsibility for causing excitement in the sushi community. The bright, clean, all white restaurant adds color through its red illuminated accents and it's 19 plasma screen tvs throughout.

Serving lunch from 11:30am - 3:00pm, dinner from 3:00pm - midnight, and drinks until 2:00am, 7 days a week.
