Techiepalooza 2.0 gathers entrepreneurs and the tech community
in Scottsdale

An event at SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center, will bring the state’s best tech and entrepreneurial minds together to learn, network, and perhaps create the next hot technology company.

Last year’s inaugural Techiepalooza attracted 600 people. Event organizer ASU Venture Catalyst hopes to top that this year by combining technology, business and networking discussions with a street fair-like atmosphere featuring some of the Valley’s best food trucks and local beer and wine.

Techiepalooza 2.0 begins at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15 at SkySong (1475 N. Scottsdale Road). Keynote speakers will offer insights from those who have taken ideas into reality in the tech world:

  • Aaron Matos
CEO and founder of Jobing and its namesake website, Jobing.com
  • Patrick Koppula
    Co-founder of Garageband.com
  • Rahul Sood
General manager of Bing Fund, Microsoft’s new angel fund and incubator program

This event is not just for techies – because great tech companies are multi-disciplined teams with programmers, engineers, marketers, and sales people. The event features several workshops on a variety of topics, including a panel discussion with venture capital firms and companies that have been funded and are moving forward.

Event tickets are available free of charge thanks to the event’s sponsors.
