Crime Free Multi-Housing
This three phase program is designed for rental properties to develop a safer community.
- Phase 1: Owners and managers attend a FREE 8-hour class
- Phase 2: A FREE on-site check of your facility is conducted to ensure Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) standards are met.
- Phase 3: The completion of the program is celebrated on-site with residents, management, and police.
