Scottsdale First Time Homebuyer's Program:
Scottsdale Community Land Trust Homeownership Program will acquire and rehabilitate twelve (12) single-family homes in Scottsdale. The homes will be made available for sale to low-income first-time homebuyers. The homes will be sold through Newtown's Scottsdale Community Land Trust (CLT) program.
