In response to the General Election approval of Proposition 203 Medical Marijuana, the City prepared Zoning Ordinance regulations in 2010-2011. In 2011-2012, the City revised those regulations. The Zoning Ordinance contains rules for the regulation of Medical Marijuana land uses, including Medical Marijuana Use (defined), Patient land use regulations, and Caregiver language regulations.
Preliminary maps showing potential locations for Medical Marijuana uses are available below:
