Seasonal rains provide much needed moisture for our dry desert environment. But, mosquitoes also need it for breeding. It only takes 3-4 days for mosquitoes to transform from eggs to "biting" adults.

Did you know... mosquitos can lay eggs in:

  • Bird baths
  • Buckets
  • Fountains
  • Old tires
  • Pet water dishes
  • Plastic covers or tarps
  • Potted plant trays and saucers
  • Tree holes
  • Toys
  • Wading pools
