Notice of library fees change
Starting Aug. 1, 2013, the library will make the following fee changes:
** Increase the Collection Agency Fee from $10 to $15.
** Charge customers $1 for each hold that is not picked up by the due date.
** Implement a $5 Small Balance Program Fee for customers who owe fines that range between $15.01 and $24.99.
Municode Section 20-18
states that the library director has the authority to administer library fees and penalties.

The City of Scottsdale is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the date of this publication to contact the Scottsdale Police Department Property & Evidence Unit at 480-312-5888 to make a claim.
