The proposed 2024/2025 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Plan were released April 3, 2024 and will cover the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Tentative budget adoption is scheduled for May 14, 2024 and final budget adoption on June 4, 2024.

Fiscal Year 2023/24 Adopted Budget
The budget that guides Scottsdale spending for July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 was adopted by the City Council on June 13, 2023. The operating budget pays most basic city services, such as police and fire protection, parks, libraries and social services, planning and administration.
Financial Reports
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report of the City of Scottsdale, Arizona, (the City) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023, is submitted in accordance with Article 6, Section 14, of the City Charter. Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. has issued an unmodified (“clean”) opinion on the City's financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2023.
