McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center is available for private facility rentals! We are accepting requests for the Summer of 2024. Availability spans May to August with a total of 10 reservable spots, so submit your request now!

Availability and Amenities

Private facility rentals are now available at McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center. Rentals are on Saturdays from 6 - 9 p.m., May 25 - August 17, with the exception of some dates. Private rentals are booked on a first come first serve basis from when the request is received. Booked dates are being updated and have been taken off the request form. A private rental will include:

• Admission for your group or party 
  
• Fully staffed facility with 23 lifeguards and two Assistant Managers (groups above 100 guests, depending on ages, may require additional staff charges, maximum capacity is 150 guests)
  
• Full access to McDowell Mountain Ranch’s lap pool, lazy river, leisure pool, slide, and diving boards
  
• Use of the grills in the grass area
  
• Use of the kitchen
  
• Use of the meeting room

Cost

The cost for private rentals varies depending on the use of the facility and Scottsdale residency status. The full fee schedule can be seen below:

• Resident: $2,485
  
• Non-Resident: $2,605
  
• Commercial: $2,845
