The Scottsdale Family Resource Center provides a variety of services free of charge to support families, parents, caregivers, expectant parents and their young children ages birth through age five (not yet in kindergarten).

Located in South Scottsdale at the Paiute Neighborhood Center, the Family Resource Center offers guidance and support for families with young children by providing access to resources, referrals to support services, and educational programs to ensure healthy growth and development for Scottsdale's youngest learners and their families as they grow and thrive together.

Cafécito (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Social group meeting to discuss pertinent community topics.

Family Play Time

This is a FREE weekly program for parents and caregivers that provides an opportunity to explore and play with your child (ages infant - Pre-K) in a safe, indoor, open play area. We provide developmentally appropriate furniture, materials, and hands-on activities. This is an open playtime, and families can stop in anytime between 10 - 11:30 a.m. to enjoy the space. (Pre-registration not required).

Music & Movement

This class fosters the growing child’s natural sense of music and movement. Join us to sing, move, dance, and play instruments while having fun!

Once Upon a Cuento (Bilingual Storytime)

Join us for a bilingual story time and songs.

Raising Sons and Daughters (Spanish)

Parents play a crucial role in the lives of their children. Understanding the impact both fathers and mothers have on the lives of their children while exploring tips and strategies for raising healthy sons and daughters.

Step up to Learning (six-week class for ages 3-5)

This series is designed to focus on children's approaches to learning both socially and academically. Each session uses books, songs, and parent/child interactions to help develop one of the most important domains in child development - how to learn.

Welcome to the Zoo, Crafty Storytime

Enjoy a Storytime with a book, songs, and a fun craft.
