Scottsdale has partnered with WaterSmart - a user-friendly website portal where customers can view and manage their water use for their individual water account(s).

Customers can:

  • See water use data via comprehensive graphics
  • Use the online leak assistance tool
  • Receive water saving tips
  • Download water use data
  • Sign-up for notifications and customize communication preferences

Rebates

Scottsdale Water is committed to a permanent reduction in water usage while also keeping in mind the Scottsdale General Plan 2035 and principles of sustainability. Rebates are evaluated each year for efficacy and performance and are tailored to the highest water uses in the Scottsdale Water service area. By incentivizing efficiency, Scottsdale Water aims to conserve its water supply while also preserving the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
