Christopher Baker arrest

40-year-old Christopher Baker was arrested by Scottsdale Police over the weekend for running behind a woman and pressing his naked body against her, while the woman was out for a walk around 11 a.m. near 100 Street and Charter Oak.

On March 1, Scottsdale Police responded to the area of Charter Oak and 100th Street for a woman who called 911. The woman told police that while she was out walking, a man pressed his naked body up against her back. As soon as the victim turned around, the man, later identified as Christopher Baker, got into a nearby vehicle.

As the victim was walking away, Baker drove up next to her, still nude. The victim called 911 to report what happened and provided police with a photo of the vehicle, which contained the license plate. Baker immediately fled the scene.

The Scottsdale Police Department Real Time Crime Center received an alert about the license plate and notified officers of the vehicle's last known location. Officers were able to locate the vehicle near 10400 E Via Linda and take Baker into custody.

Christopher Baker was booked into Maricopa County Jail for Sexual Abuse – Improper Touch, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Indecent Exposure, Public Sexual Indecency, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
