Scottsdale welcomed a new chapter in its leadership Tuesday, Jan. 14, as the newly elected Mayor Lisa Borowsky took her oath of office alongside incoming City Council members Jan Dubauskas, Adam Kwasman, and Maryann McAllen. The inauguration ceremony was hosted for the public at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.
They join Vice Mayor Barry Graham and current City Council members Kathy Littlefield and Solange Whitehead to form the seven-member governing body that will shape the city’s future.
Mayor Borowsky, a Scottsdale native, expressed her gratitude to the community and her enthusiasm for the city’s future in her remarks during the ceremony. The newly sworn-in council members also shared their commitment to Scottsdale.
