Paiute Neighborhood Center and Via Linda Senior celebrate 30 years of community impact
2025 marks milestones for two human services centers in Scottsdale.
Paiute Neighborhood Center and Via Linda Senior Center will commemorate three decades of serving the community with events to honor the lasting impact they’ve made in Scottsdale.
Paiute Neighborhood Center is a vital resource for Scottsdale residents – providing social, recreational and educational programs and services. Since its inception, the center has fostered a strong sense of community through youth programming, language classes and partnerships with local nonprofits.
Via Linda Senior Center has been a cornerstone for Scottsdale’s aging population since 1995 -- offering daily recreational programs and special events that promote an active and engaging lifestyle. Social services are also available for senior adults and their families including home delivered meals, wellness checks and consultations with social workers.
“For three decades, Paiute Neighborhood Center and Via Linda Senior Center have been pillars of community support, connection and enrichment,” said Kira Peters, senior director. “As we celebrate their 30th anniversaries, we honor the lasting impact these centers have had on individuals and families, fostering a sense of belonging and well-being.
