Support local businesses at Shop Scottsdale Saturday

Old Town Scottsdale invites the community to shop small this holiday season during its Shop Scottsdale Saturday event from 1 – 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30.

Old Town is home to a vibrant small business community with dozens of locally owned and operated boutiques, galleries, and retailers all within walking distance throughout the  5th Avenue Shopping District, Arts District and Historic Old Town.

Saturday’s event will feature complimentary professional gift-wrapping services from AZ Gift Wrapping and a free gift-with-purchase reusable tote bag. Plus, entertainment will be provided by the Jingle Belles, a singing and dancing trio.

The city has been incredible in its support for small businesses,” said Kimberly Pak, the owner of Merchantile Market. “They actively promote our business by including us in a variety of marketing opportunities, both large and small. Additionally, they have supported our events and consistently go above and beyond to help us thrive within the community.”

The complimentary gift-wrapping station will be available at the tent at 5th Avenue and Marshall Way. Patrons are limited to one free gift wrapping.

Scottsdale’s 5th Avenue Shopping District is located on the north side of Indian School Road between 68th Street and Scottsdale Road.
