We’ve got October baseball here in Scottsdale.
Don’t miss your chance to cheer on the Scottsdale Scorpions and see some of MLB’s top prospects during the Arizona Fall League.
The Scorpions roster is made up of players from the Giants, Mets, Tigers, Pirates and Blue Jays. Tickets are $13 for adults; $11 for seniors and teens; and free for kids ages 10 and under.

Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction | Oct. 10 -13
Don’t miss Barret-Jackson’s inaugural fall auction.
The event features a collector car auction unlike any other, live music, carnival rides, exhibits and more.

Halloween Spook-Track-Ula | Oct. 11 - 31
Stop in for a spell as the Paradise & Pacific Railroad is transformed into a haunted park of fun for our Halloween Spook-Track-ula.
Tickets also include free carousel rides and access to the glow up miniature golf course and Model Railroad Building. Food and drinks will be available for purchase in Hartley’s General Store.
This is a family-friendly event – a bit spooky, but not too frightening.

Brown’s Ranch Trailhead Grand Opening & Guided Hikes | Oct. 18-19
Celebrate the unveiling the McDowell Sonoran Preserve’s newest trail at a grand opening event on Oct. 18 or by taking part in a guided hike on Oct. 19.
The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy and the city of Scottsdale partnered to create this new interpretive trail that traverses the remnants of Brown's Ranch – a historic homestead from the early 1900s.

Dia de los Muertos | October 24 – November 2
Take part in a time-honored tradition during Scottsdale Dia de los Muertos.
This year’s celebration has expanded to include even more activities and events throughout Old Town Scottsdale.
Most of the events are free. Tickets to the Danza de Muertos can be purchased through Scottsdale Arts.

Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships | Oct. 26
Some of the world’s best polo players are coming to Scottsdale on Oct. 26 for a polo party in the desert. The annual event also includes food, drinks, live performances, luxury fashion, exotic car display and more. This year, guests can also purchase sunset or night polo tickets for a totally new and unique experience.

Fall Festival | Oct. 26
Get ready for a frightfully fun evening at Scottsdale’s annual Fall Festival!
Enjoy trick-or-treating, game booths, a costume contest, haunted house, food vendors, live entertainment and more!
This year’s event will feature the Wonderful World of Scottsdale – a showcase of the city departments and their vehicles.

Trunk-or-Treat | Oct. 30
Join the Scottsdale Police Department for its second annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Come dressed in your best costumes to enjoy for a fun night of trick-or-treating in a safe environment.
In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness month, travel toiletry donations will be collected for domestic violence victims and there will be resources and professional staff onsite to answer any questions.

Canal Convergence | Nov. 8 – 17
Large-scale public artworks will illuminate the Scottsdale Waterfront each evening during Scottsdale’s annual Canal Convergence event. This year’s theme is “Reflections” – both physical and psychological.
This immersive art event is family friendly and includes educational workshops, history tours, live music and performances, a beer and wine garden, food trucks, and more!
Opening night of this year’s Canal Convergence will feature the city’s One Water Brewing Showcase. This is an opportunity for the community to sample beer from local breweries that is made from recycled water delivered directly from Scottsdale’s Advanced Water Treatment Plant.

Veterans Day Commemoration | Nov. 11
Help Scottsdale honor those who have served in the U.S. armed forces.
The Veterans Day Commemoration will include a keynote address from John F. Regni, USAF (Ret.), who served as the 17th Superintendent of the United States Air Force Academy from 2005 to 2009 and patriotic music from the Coast Guard Auxiliary Band.
