Scottsdale Update – Feb. 10, 2025
HEADLINE NEWS
Scottsdale is seeking passionate residents to apply for open positions on citizen advisory boards, commissions and committees. These volunteer roles offer a unique opportunity to shape city policies, provide recommendations and make a lasting impact.
There are 12 openings across nine public bodies, including the Airport Advisory Commission, Judicial Appointments Advisory Board, Loss Trust Fund Board and Neighborhood Advisory Commission. The Scottsdale City Council relies on these citizen-led groups to research issues and offer insights that guide important decisions.
Residents interested in serving must submit an online application by Friday, Feb. 21.
Learn more about the current openings.
Did you receive a postcard from the City of Scottsdale? That means you were randomly selected for the National Community Survey! By taking about 15 minutes to complete the online questionnaire, you’ll be able to provide your ratings on a wide variety of programs, services and issues. The city uses this feedback to help prioritize initiatives, services and programs.
If you received a survey postcard – please don’t wait – the random sample period closes soon. Once it concludes, an online version will open for all city residents to provide feedback.
Survey results will be available in spring 2025.
