Investing in Our Scottsdale -- Chaparral Road is open; multiuse path closures continue. Work began in May on a new pedestrian underpass along the Indian Bend multiuse path under Chaparral Road. Some lane closures will be needed as we finish the project.

The path on the east side of Hayden Road just before Chaparral Road is closed in both directions. The Hayden Road underpass south of Chaparral Road and approximately 300 feet of the loop path around Chaparral Lake also are closed. Use the multiuse path on the west side of Hayden Road between Camelback and Jackrabbit roads. When completed in early 2025, the project will increase safety and allow more green light time for vehicles. Watch this video update.
