Adam Kwasman began his first term on the Scottsdale City Council in January 2025.

Born and raised in Arizona, Adam Kwasman developed a deep appreciation for community values, civic responsibility and a love for the Grand Canyon State. Adam earned his B.A. (cum laude) from Tulane University, his M.A. in economics from George Mason University, and his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. His academic journey not only equipped him with a strong foundation of knowledge but also fueled his desire to contribute meaningfully to society.

Adam serves as the President and Managing Attorney of Kwasman Law, a premiere, boutique, personal injury law practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. Adam is a member of the Arizona, New Mexico, and the U.S. District Court of Arizona Bars. 

Prior to serving on the Scottsdale City Council, Adam was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives. There, he served as Vice Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, and he sat on the Appropriations, Commerce and Joint-Legislative Budget committees, managing billions of dollars on behalf of Arizona taxpayers.
In the legislature, Adam's record earned him the "Hero of the Taxpayer" award by Americans for Prosperity, the "Champion of Small Business" award by the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and the "Friend of the Family Award" by the Arizona Family Project. Whether through volunteering, organizing local events, or collaborating with community leaders, Adam has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering unity and improving the quality of life for residents. Additionally, Adam was a former board member of Arizona Sportsmen for Wildlife Conservation and is a proud member of Trout Unlimited. 

Committed to family values, Adam draws inspiration from his wife Orit, and their four children, Zev, Seri, Esther, and Ari. The Kwasmans are active members of Congregation Beth Tefillah and Chabad of Arizona.

Adam loves to fly fish and explore Arizona’s beautiful, wild places. He also loves to study Torah, Talmud, and Chassidut, and spend time with family and friends.
